RISSOLINE is our salad oil brand for the French Catering market. It has been specifically designed to combine the excellent taste of olive with the beneficial effects of rapeseed oil on health.
RISSOLINE is high in Omega 3 fatty acids, has a recommended Omega 6 - Omega 3 balance and is low in saturated fatty acids and cholesterol.
In this respect it qualifies for the statement "contributes to the good functioning of the cardiovascular system" as it responds to the conditions set in the recent document of the Direction Générale de la Concurrence, de la Consommation et de la Répression des Fraudes (DGCCRF) with regard to nutritional and health claims relative to Omega 3 fatty acids (Ref : Note d'information n° 2005-14).
